Great organization to work for! - Extended Term Consultant World Bank Group Employee Review

It's been 3 months with IFC and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. Despite the large organization size, I find my role meaningful and can see the impact we are having in the markets we're working. Colleagues are nice, pay is fair, and there are many opportunities for development. It is an attractive place to work and it shows through many people who have stayed with the organization for many, many years. Other pros: diverse work culture
