Pros
The office atmosphere is very collegiate and easy going. The people you work with make you feel welcome and involve you in interesting projects right away. The benefits and salary are also very good.
Cons
As with most jobs you will eventually outgrow your initial role and that is where they are not very good about how to move you through the system as you grow. You have to take control and manage that process.
