Pros
Good reputed organisation, good opportunity to start off your professional life. Work and personnel life balance is really good.
Cons
HR is not at all reliable. Before taking any decision for someone or before providing any guidance to a staff member, they analyse their own chemistry between the concerned person / senior etc etc. At times they play very bias and unfair game . There is no control over them. Recruitment / promotion process is extremely dead slow.
