      -Highly Diverse -Not patriarchal -Good benefits for term staff (nothing for consultants unfortunately) -Good number of annual leaves -Intrinsic motivation

      Cons

      -Highly bureaucratic -Unfair practices between staff that are on older contracts vs recent ones -Highers way too many consultants instead of regular staff -Too many internal rumors, both in corporate and personal level. -Too many reorganizations
