      interesting colleagues and work, good salary, although depending on the sector you could make more

      Cons

      bureaucracy. lots of it. some people who are on permanent contract are quite chill with their work after many years, impossible to get same salary elsewhere, skills of working at World Bank not very transferable, not many 'world banks' outside the World Bank
