      Nortek has the best reason to work anywhere - the people. It's a group of hardworking folks who know how to share a joke, pull together to get it done, and solve problems by thinking outside the box. Management puts people first so their people can - and want to - do their best work.

      None, really. I look forward to going to work every day.

      Pros

      There is a great sense of community at Nortek. Whether you work in the Uxbridge office, or remotely from home, your ideas are always welcome. There are always opportunities to grow professionally, and your input feels appreciated.

      Cons

      I think a company jet would be nice... all kidding aside, if there were cons, I would help the company and myself get past them as I look forward to the future with Nortek.
