No Pros at all as it doesn't deserve to be a SaaS company. People from management are posting wrong reviews as good company. Never trust. It doesn't even deserve to have 0.5 star but having 3.8 stars

Cons

Hire and Fire culture totally. Unprofessonal to the core. Noone knows how SaaS Sales work be it CEO or the Operations Manager who claims to lead the sales

Pros

Only colleagues are good, not the company and toxic management

I've worked in many companies, including IBM, but I've never experienced such terrible management. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I've worked for. They hire people, make them work their a## off for months, and then suddenly expect them to relocate. I was hired specifically for the Bengaluru location, and after four months of hard work, they told us to move to Chennai. If I had wanted to work in Chennai, I would have applied there from the beginning. There seems to be no job security here. People are constantly worried because employees.... including managers, sales staff, and others...can be fired without warning. The management's decisions feel completely unpredictable, and it's the employees who end up paying the price. If you value your career, your mental peace, and job stability, stay away. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Product Development team and their AI Innovations

Zero job security. Horrible work ethics . Zero vision and do not encourage process driven approach. They expect you to get results from day one. Else its a HIRE & FIRE policy. HR team is the worst. Their job stops the moment they hire you and then stop communicating with you and dont answer your calls. Sales operations team at the top level have zero sales accumen. They lay down impromptu targets that are absolutely impossible. Cost of product is way to high for Indian markets. Admins who also call themseleves HRs are even worse. They themselves take breaks during official work hours. Almost zero training is provided. One is expected to learn on the go and also give results. Never recommend this company to anyone. They will not sustain in the market if they continue in this fashion. They are spoiling the careers of their employees.
