The management is very biased. It is a sister company of US Tech Solutions so the top level management of USTech doesn't care much for the Workspend employees. 1. Partiality towards Workspend employees as compared to US Tech. 2. Too much work on one person, management thinks that the work is not much and can be handled by only one guy but your salary won't define that work. 3. No WFH in emergency situations while US Tech people enjoy this luxury and even some come as hybrid. 4. Managers don't fight for the team. Just aligning the orders from the top level to the team. 5. Hardcore night shifts. 6:30-3:30 in summers and 7:30-4:30 in winters
