      Pros

      - Get to work with very friendly people - Occasionally get to visit the Netherlands where the head office is - The company keeps everyone in the loop with monthly updates

      Cons

      - Obviously the company is based in the Netherlands and is majority Dutch people, so it can be a bit jarring if you don't speak dutch as some things happen in dutch, although where something is targeted at the company as a whole, things are usually in english.
