Pros
I would like to start by acknowledging the positive aspects of my time working with the company. The culture and the people that make up your organization are fantastic, and I have had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented and supportive individuals.
Cons
However, I am disappointed with the way in which the layoffs were handled. It felt as though we were being treated like thieves, as we were escorted out of the building with no explanation or warning. Additionally, we were not offered any severance package or support to help us transition into our next jobs. This approach was unprofessional and left us feeling undervalued and disrespected.
