Working at Worklife.io means being surrounded by talented people who are not afraid to solve problems that have a real impact on society. The CEO's vision is highly ambitious/innovative and brings the company into the same and right direction. We had the chance to work on several products (B2B and B2C) and several platforms (Web & mobile) = hyper-challenging in the day-to-day. Freedom is given to the employees (no micro-management) a lot of empathy around the company and a right work/life balance

Culture and framework/organization can be better (although there has been some progress since I joined the company)
