Startup Environment - Requires Independence: As a startup, there's an expectation that you can work independently and navigate tasks with initiative. While there's a good onboarding buddy system, ongoing support might be less structured than in a larger corporation. This isn't a negative for everyone but something to be aware of.

This is by far the most talented and supportive team I’ve worked with. The work we do is meaningful, and we’re tackling projects that make a real difference with industry-leading partners. It’s exciting, challenging, and rewarding. If you’re considering joining, don’t let one bad review be the only thing you look at.
