Wow, What a team! What a career growth I have got! It's been quite a few years working with this team. I'm grateful for my leads and managers for the the opportunities they gave to me and mainly for the constant guidance and grooming to make be better in my role every single day. Joined as a fresher and only because of the support from my leads and mentors I'm now a lead software engineer. One of the other main reasons motivating me is the appreciation and rewards I get from day 1 whenever I ask questions. Not even a single time I saw anyone reacting why a question is asked.

There is nothing currently, a few things faced in the past but after reporting to mentors and management it was resolved.
