A mess - Software Developer Workfully Employee Review

What they are trying to do is very bold and I can feel the excitement every time we start a new project. The company is young but the founder really care about each employee and the salary is fair and the variable part aggressive

It can get messy sometimes, as in every other startup

If you are a junior or someone looking for some extra money, Workfully can be a good option.

And to be fair, I felt that they are using my profile to get information about my clients and steal my clients contacts. They don't want to work with me, they want to walk all over me. They want your clients, your jobs, your time; everything they can get from you, but they offer NOTHING. If you are a senior profile or someone building a client portafolio it is a terrible idea to collaborate with Workfully. They are actually your own competence, they aren't here to care about your business, but to use you so they can make money. After more than a year in their data base, I got no clients at all; they miss-matched my experience many times; I got ghosted all the time; they require you to invest a lot time in their "team building" and "training sessions" for nothing more than flatter their recruiters; etc, etc... I dont see any reasons to work with them...
