Pros
Love the people, the product, the leadership and the company. This is a great company to work for and the impact we have on our customers is what makes the work the most satisfying.
Cons
The only downside I would mention is that the base pay seems low for the work that we do and the titles that we hold. New hires get hired on at more competitive wages. People that have been here a long time seem to be kept on a lower payscale. There is a serious need for pay adjustments for longer established employees, the pay has not stayed competitive with the market.
