Pros
Granted RSUs to all full-time employees, Unlimited PTO (which managers encourage you to use!), Cellphone reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, continued education reimbursements, FANTASTIC medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with VERY low premiums. Workfront has an impressive c-suite team that brings a wealth of experience to the table. I am really excited to be apart of the growth here at Workfront.
Cons
There is a lot of change within the company, but I see this change as an opportunity for not only personal growth within the company but growth for the company. Change is good and will happen no matter what company you end up working at. At the end of the day, Workfront cares about its employees.
