Pros
Great people, product & company, but some people from certain teams in the company are the real downside of Workfront & damage the amazing culture, as they like to act supportive & empowering, when in fact they are the complete opposite & just focus on their own benefits by using people & their abilities.
Cons
Office politics & toxic environment. If you aren't accepted as being part of the 'cleek' then you simply won't be empowered or supported in what you do. You won't have a voice in the company unless you literally act as certain people want you to, for their own ego. Also, if you constantly show fake admiration for people who don't necessarily deserve it, especially in senior management, then there might be a good chance you go far. Many people act nice in front of management then stab them in the back when they aren't around, yet they're the people who continue being supported, whilst the honest & genuine ones go.
