Pros
Company culture is amazing. One of the policies is No Jerks, and it's enforced very well! The folks there are all wonderful to talk to and work with, and it makes for a very incredible job, where you enjoy going to every day.
Cons
Typical office politics. Lots of management turnover and management is rarely promoted from within. Cross department communication can be difficult, and relationships must be built to get work done.
