Pros
Sales dev job is a grind wherever you go but WF has the most caring managers I've ever worked with. They are constantly thinking of creative ways to help everyone stay motivated and energized. They have helped me individually and in group settings to better my skills and overcome my weaknesses.
Their pay and compensation are better than anything I've seen in Utah. There is constantly a spif going on to win extra cash(very generous amount). They are on top of all of the trends and tools needed for sales and don't hold back on bringing in new tools to help you be more successful. If you take full advantage of all the tools and resources here, you will be successful and get paid. You will also be better prepared for future roles in sale at Workfront or elsewhere.
Workfront takes very good care of their employees. Their pay, compensation, benefits, perks, and events are one of the best, if not the best in UT.
Cons
The ADM department is growing and there are changes that can throw you off little bit. That's what you sign up for when you join a growing company. The career track for ADMs is not structured but it is something they are working on.
