Pros
Flexibility to leave if needed. Some telework (when allowed). Great coworkers. Cool customers. Possible advancement. Pretty decent work/life balance.
Cons
Constantly changing protocols. Training was a joke. A Lot of favoritism from upper management. Putting way too much unrealistic expectations on counselors. Not really allowed to be yourself. Location is horrible.
