Pros
The organization values each individual, allowing us to be our true self. People work hard, appreciate one another, and play hard. There are a lot of brilliant people who genuinely care about the work they do, invest in their client relationships, and work together like they are family.
Cons
Because we are so closely connected at work, having built meaningful and personal relationships with one another, it can make it challenging at times if a relationship is strained. Because we all care so deeply, any disruptions in life outside of work will undoubtedly impact relationships within work.
