      The work is meaningful and impactful. My immediate team is great.

      Cons

      Leadership takes zero accountability, communication is horrendous and leadership works in silos. They promote professional development and training for staff however fail to implement what they teach themselves.

      Pros

      - Small classes (>10 students) - Freedom to teach lessons how I see fit (as long as I cover the requirements) - Slide decks for in-class presentations are provided for each week

      Cons

      - The provided slide decks often require a good amount of modifying (mostly a con for me, I always spend lots of time searching for photos and creating graphics specifically for the lesson)
