      Pros

      As a startup the things are changing fast. Work is therefore interesting and there's quite a lot of freedom to make our own decisions and to choose the tools we like. Relaxed attitude and plenty of flexibility - I'm mostly working from home.

      As a startup the things are changing fast. Be prepared to ditch the first version of your work and start over when new insights on users' needs arrive.

      Pros

      - As a developer/engineer you get to work with a very interesting product using modern technologies - Constantly learning and developing all kinds of cool stuff - Easy to balance work and life balance especially because Workfellow allows 100% remote work from anywhere in the world. You choose where you work from - Helpful and great co-workers - So far the codebase isn't so massive so it is a great time to join and get familiar with it to understand it fully in-depth - Leadership and co-workers that really care about your opinions and ideas - Not a ton of meetings (I personally enjoy that)

      Cons

      - Priorities and objectives might change suddenly which is quite normal for a startup environment
