Very good pay, People are quite nice and very supportive of each other. Not a bad environment

Eventhough they are nice, they are very Micromanaging in terms of clients and your process and procedures; given the nature of their clientele, quite a lot of after hours during peak season and also boiler room type of environment. Job security is tentative, even if they say its okay and no issue, they could just drop your employment , even if you pass your probation Very little work/life balance

Pays well Get to leave early sometimes
