Pros
I joined Workbridge from a very different background. Since being with Workbridge i have enhanced my people skills, resilience and have become more self confident. I love helping individuals with employment barriers and being able to share (with a lot of privacy of course) the stories.
Cons
Some of the training is a bit all over the place. However if you like a challenge you will be fine. Can be admin heavy, but they are always improving systems.
