The average small startup - Software Engineer Workast Employee Review

Workast is a start-up and I have learned a lot working here. It is fast paced and challenging and I've been able to get so much work experience and learn lots of different skills. We are given a lot of autonomy to help make decisions within the team and given a voice. I am able to provide suggestions and take action on them. This does not happen in large companies. I value this. The team members are friendly and we all work remote, we have weekly meetings with the team and play games which is fun. We can work remotely which I love. We were remote prior to covid. Management is flexible. I love the work that I do.

A start-up is not for everyone. It can be challenging and it is always changing. This environment is not for people that can't handle change.
