Pros
Many wonderful, supportive colleagues who are committed to demonstrating company values. Ability to make a difference for customers in their employee experience journeys. Unlimited vacation time and office closures allow for needed rest and recoup.
Cons
Ever-changing priorities with too-tactical directives make it evident that senior leadership does not trust or believe in the competencies of employees. Despite smaller size of organization, cross-functional communication and alignment is non-existent. Culture changed significantly for the worse with notable instances of microaggressions from senior leadership.
