Senior management is super accessible and willing to listen to ideas from all employees. We also have an unlimited vacation policy and a flexible environment where you are given a lot of freedom as long as you get your work done.
-Lots of opportunity: The company is in high growth mode, and given that it's small, anyone who rolls up their sleeves and jumps into the mix can make a huge difference very quickly.

Cons
-Because it's a small company, there is not necessarily a formal career path for those who might be used to that at a larger company. You have to be a self-starter who is okay taking risks and putting yourself out there in order to get promoted, which might not be for everyone.
-The industry we work in can be a little bit slow and not super exciting.
