Pros

It is a fast paced growing company, I was able to learn and grow within the company. I appreciated all the challenges I was faced with on a day to day basis it allowed me to branch out and educate myself in the different departments and roles it took to create a 5 star software product for our clients. The company prides itself in employee appreciation and recognition, we were given a flexible work from home day which allowed us to spend time at home with family while working from home.

Cons

Although I loved working here , I hope that the company works on employee mediation. Proactively resolving disputes between employees without preferential treatment or biased opinions could prevent the loss of exceptional, driven employee's.

Pros

-Great culture: lots of young, smart, and driven employees who work hard but like to have fun. We have foosball games every day at 5pm, stocked kitchens, parties every month for birthdays and anniversaries, and a fun committee that plans both formal and informal events for employees every quarter. Senior management is super accessible and willing to listen to ideas from all employees. We also have an unlimited vacation policy and a flexible environment where you are given a lot of freedom as long as you get your work done. -Lots of opportunity: The company is in high growth mode, and given that it's small, anyone who rolls up their sleeves and jumps into the mix can make a huge difference very quickly. -Location: We're located on the 39th floor of the Empire State Building in the heart of New York City, and our office is surrounded with windows so we can enjoy the views. The building just got an amazing gym downstairs that's only $40/month.

Cons

-Because it's a small company, there is not necessarily a formal career path for those who might be used to that at a larger company. You have to be a self-starter who is okay taking risks and putting yourself out there in order to get promoted, which might not be for everyone. -The industry we work in can be a little bit slow and not super exciting.
