3yThank you for your feedback. It is difficult to experience a lay-off and I appreciate you reaching out to share your perspective. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our product and your colleagues while working at WorkRamp. It is disappointing to learn that you experienced issues when taking PTO, as that is not how we operate. We have a flexible time off policy, allowing employees to take the time they need when they need it. We strive to stay in touch with all levels of the organization, with executives conducting skip level meetings frequently and quarterly pulse surveys.
