Pros

Remote Work Options Company Offsites Okay pay Pockets of good especially with coworkers

Cons

Marketing & HR team ask employees to provide positive reviews on company soon after they start (that's why the company has high reviews.) Blatant favoritism to certain people at company Super junior leadership and management that puts on a false front but does not know how to actually manage or lead Culture that tries to push the "work is a family" mentality but will swiftly layoff employees with no notice (I was not laid off but chose to leave for a better role)

Thank you for your feedback. It is concerning to hear that you did not experience your leader conducting performance check-ins or encouraging you in your learning journey, as those are important elements of our values and culture. We have a robust learning program (one that we are adding to weekly with leadership and individual contributor training) and it seems we did not do well in sharing that with you or marketing our learning offerings to your team. I am also concerned about the fact that you were asked for a positive review, as that is not our practice in any department here. If you would be open to doing so, I would appreciate learning more about your experiences here through a confidential conversation. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate these insights so we may continue to grow and improve. Meredith Fish VP, People and Culture

Pros

Lots of room & trust to own what you're doing. Micromanagement only occurs if you're not performing and expectations were clearly communicated. Product is a leading contender in the space and consistently improving.

Cons

Upward mobility was tight due to the tech downturn.
