Pros

Flexibility in working hours, though this has become fairly standard in most IT roles and isn’t a standout benefit anymore. Many of the team members and peers below senior leadership are genuinely nice, collaborative, and supportive.

Cons

Senior management is weak and lacks proper direction and vision. C-level executives have a very disrespectful way of communicating, creating a hostile environment. Two faced. There is effectively no HR or People Culture function in place to support employees. Employee concerns are often ignored or dismissed, and there are no meaningful programs for development, engagement, or well-being. Executives frequently attempt to control all teams despite lacking the necessary knowledge or expertise in those areas. Job titles are inconsistent with market standards, making career progression difficult to understand or plan for. Employees are often given inflated or meaningless titles that don’t reflect their actual responsibilities, impacting both internal mobility and external job searches. No work-life balance at all. There are no formal performance reviews or established KPIs to measure employee progress or success. Overall, the work culture at Workpacks Inc, lacks transparency, accountability, and respect — especially from the top. There are deep-rooted, structural problems that appear to be embedded in the company’s leadership culture, making them unlikely to change anytime soon. Beware: during the interview process, candidates are often given promises about growth opportunities, work environment, and support that do not reflect the reality once hired.
