This company's toxic work culture is ingrained to its core. Employees are toxic to each other. Very little training provided. High turn over. Regional Director's authoritative leadership style, micromanagement, lack of listening, fear-based tactics, manipulation, lies, and gaslighting have created an environment where employees are left demoralized and disheartened.
