The company would benefit from establishing a greater sense of consistency in its decision-making processes, even considering its start-up status. At times, it seems that the management may be struggling to maintain a clear direction, as decisions fluctuate between disparate options in a short timeframe. Additionally, some members of the management team appear to incorporate their personal preferences and emotions into the decision-making process, which can potentially hinder the company's progress. Furthermore, the leadership was not inspirational as they were not leading by example.This can be seen in the lack of consistency and clear direction in decision-making processes. A good leader should be able to lead by example, setting a positive tone for the organization and inspiring their team to work towards common goals. When leadership fails to do so, it can negatively impact the team's morale, motivation, and overall performance.
