Pros

The company is growing and has a lot of potential for good. Several 1099 work opportunities for field technicians.

Cons

If you are looking for work in the Maitland, FL office, beware of the support manager J** Brown. She has fostered an extremely toxic work environment focused only on numbers and in doing so has lead to extremely high turnover in this department. This leads to NO growth opportunities because she can not afford to have you leave the department. Training is unstructured and rarely prioritized, support is very limited outside of your direct team, and she has an extremely elementary understanding of the role she manages. Service tickets often remain open for weeks on end because she only prioritizes new requests. She is also a fairly unlikable person overall.

Cons

There is not enough work. You can go weeks without work.
