Pros
Great people, lots of talent and energy, enjoy seeing everyone every day. Tech and product culture is legit. Senior Management are super smart folks. Great learning experience. I love that we have real customers and real business and are not some consumer hype train.
Cons
Hate the office location. Sales team and/or customers have too much direct influence on the product and it feels overly complicated and incomplete. Also buggy. The Wi-Fi sucks -- can't barely have a basic video conf. Having two offices causes problems sometimes. Very few "fun" perks. Air conditioning is always cranked up to max. Folks used to work insane hours back in the day but this has gotten better. CEO says "crush" a lot.
