Pros
Jeff Walds vision makes sense and it’s something clients want. The engineering and product teams are incredibly bright and hard working people and those on the 10th floor put a lot of grit and hard work for every win they achieve
Cons
Very ego driven and political culture. Promotions aren’t always given based on merit but rather who the manager is closest to. The systems features are constant breaking because no one wants to fix legacy issues but just build “cool new things”, very micromanaged, and some managers lead with ego instead of being a team player
