Pros

It’s hard to find anything good when the environment drains your energy, stifles your growth, and makes you question your career choices every single day.

Cons

"A Company That Fails Its Employees": Working here feels overwhelming, with little to no appreciation for effort. The environment is toxic, and job security is virtually nonexistent. The company lacks a clear vision, offering no opportunities for personal or professional growth. Salary hikes are below inflation, and bonuses are consistently withheld despite reported profits. Politics and nepotism are rampant, creating an unfair and demotivating atmosphere. Cyclic recessions seem to be a recurring issue, and there is no transparency regarding investors or profits. The leadership lacks vision and competence, with an arrogant approach that often crosses into abusive language during discussions. If you're considering joining, take time to carefully weigh your options and think it through multiple times before making a decision. Given the pattern of past reviews, it's worth paying attention to the overall balance and considering the full range of feedback.

Pros

The logo is cute, the whole llama thing is fun.

Cons

To the people recently hired, please read the reviews. Start looking for something new now! Don’t tolerate the toxic and demeaning behavior of the COO. My advice is to call him out on his disrespect. No employee deserves to be treated in the manner he does. I wish I had said something in the moment. But you get caught off guard, as normal professionals do not behave so despicably. If you stick with it, be prepared for 17 hour days and nonstop rude emails and IMs. You’ll get a lot of !!!!!!!!! And ???? I’ve never had a boss tell me to ask questions and when I did respond with, “I can’t believe you would ask that!!!!!!! You should know this!!!!!” Just don’t!
