      I don't have anything to add here.

      Cons

      No work life balance. They will call you on your festival day and make you work till midnight. Leadership team consists of all kids, which will come up with new policies after every alternate days. They will fire before it's time for yearly bonus. Reason of firing is no skills available, that are required for the role. This is realised by them at the time of yearly bonus.

      The process of hiring is not at all good and also Its better to join another company as this company is Startup and Growth won't be there after some years!
