Under the umbrella of Workhub, My whole BRAVO experience has been fantastic. I use it to award points to others when a positive outcome is observed or when someone (or a team) does something that benefits the organization. Even if a coworker just helped me in completing a task, I may appreciate them by awarding them on BRAVO. The nicest part about this rewarding platform is that I enjoy giving points more than receiving them.
