Cons
Sales leadership team is by far the worst and most self centered group of adults I’ve ever met. Our SVP of BD set weekly meetings to check in on my calendar and almost never showed up, if she did, she would speak so inappropriately or just talk about herself. The head of sales is a bully; she refuses to allow free flow of conversations and thoughts in sales meetings. They pick favorites and withhold sales leads intentionally from people of their choosing. I would strongly discourage anyone pursing a career here. SVP of sales did not know any of the sales processes and was unable to teach them, but responsible for success, and highly unprofessional, gossiping to subordinates about other team members.
