      Pros

      Relaxed environment. Friendly people. Understands the needs and requirements of individual people. Doesn't restrict your life to just Workgaps. Shows interest in improving you as a person. Willing to lend an ear and give advice / point you in a good direction. You can talk to any one in the company no matter their position. If you have a problem, just talk to someone and it will more then likely get resolved.

      Cons

      Personally the commute is a bit difficult, but generally fairly easy to access if you know the roads.

      Pros

      Good working environment with an open, employee focused culture. All needs are filled: food, coffee, good dev machines, quiet environment to work in.

      Cons

      Bit out of the way to the train station, but bus links are strong enough.

      Everyone is very friendly Work is challenging enough to keep you occupied

      Cons

      Very out of the way, a few busses go directly to Workgaps but they are from Newbury every hour
