      -Good training in Tech recruitment -Variety of costumers and roles to work with -Extra time off during Christmas

      Cons

      -Offices in a dangerous neighbourhood (Omonia) -Aggressive Micromanagement -Toxic environment, they even count the times you visit the bathroom -Senior management requires to work overtime without extra pay -B2B contract (very heavy taxation) -No flexibility

      Pros

      Working as a Recruitment Consultant for non Tech Industries has been a valuable experience. You get real responsibility early on, exposure to different clients and industries, and the freedom to manage your own projects. The team culture is positive and there is always someone willing to help or share knowledge. It can be challenging at times with changing priorities and targets, but it definitely pushes you to grow and develop professionally.

      The environment is very fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and comfortable with changing priorities.
