The culture of continuous learning and growth at WorkDove has allowed me to expand my skills in a number of areas. I have enjoyed the ability to collaborate across our departments and gain a full picture of the organization. Working alongside like-minded individuals who are enthusiastic about embracing new challenges has been a rewarding experience. The team encourages critical thinking to find innovative solutions that benefit both clients and our internal dynamics. Another positive part of being on the team at WorkDove is the leadership. Our CEO not only provides support in our roles but also actively seeks and values our feedback. His genuine interest in the success and growth of individuals within the company creates a motivating and inclusive atmosphere.

Not necessarily a con, but it's important to note that the nature of our work may require a willingness to explore unconventional approaches and think outside the box.

WorkDove is definitely the epitome of a start-up work environment. This can be a pro or a con depending on your preference. I prefer a start-up environment, hence I've had a great experience here. I'm comfortable with change and being flexible. This is also a plus of working somewhere like WorkDove where you can have more input in processes and be able to see your work pay off in real time.
