      Only the people you work alongside.

      Cons

      It does not matter here what your skill set or level of experience is, you will not be trusted to make common sense decisions, you will be heavily constrained by system conditions and bureaucracy. If you are a manager favourite you will get project work, and if you do you should hold onto it tight, this place is only tolerable if you are favoured by management and considered for project work. Don’t sell your soul to work for this failing organisation, they will not appreciate your contributions.

      Pros

      Great workplace culture and worklife balance. All the people who work here are great. Make a meaninguful contribution to your clients lives. Great systems set up internally to make your job all the easier.

      Cons

      Can be a bit monotonous at time and sometimes clients are not very compliant which can be a hassle.

      There are absolutely no pros to working for this organisation

      Cons

      The most toxic company I have worked for in more than 20 years. The Head of Business Analysis provided no support to her team. I was placed in a BA role in a specialty that I had no experience in and then they wondered why I was not successful. Complaints were not even questioned even though they were totally untrue. Do not even think about working here.
