Pros

- With the exception of senior management, a really great group of people to work with - Nice modern office space - Supplied drinks and snacks - Opportunities to be more visible if you play the game

Cons

- Terribly low salaries for a junior-heavy workforce - Unreliable, clunky software leading to constant complaints from clients - Lack of clear career progression opportunities - Ineffectual senior management - An incredibly pressurised environment with little visible or practical support from senior members of staff - Redundancies conducted in a manner with no consideration for those affected

Pros

Free coffee/beer provided by the BUILDING we rent from. Convenient location downtown that’s near public transportation. Great product that fulfills a need.

Cons

Management is absolutely clueless. No direction, training is non existent, c level execs have no interests in your growth, success or well being. Absolutely no perks or incentives for employees to continue to do well. You can forget about a company paid lunch once in a blue moon as management puts Scrooge to shame. No medical/dental/vision benefits which is baffling in this day and age. No public transportation discount, 401k is abysmal. Paid monthly but they don’t inform you upon hire-coworkers and I found out through a fellow employee. Would’ve been decent to inform new hires as they can budget for the first month. Not to mention that the pay is WAY below market. It’s actually quite comical
