Their Network of Occupational Health Professionals was the largest and most knowledge group of individuals that I ever worked with. I felt supported and had great role models who encouraged and challenged me to be the best version of myself.

Cons

work life balance suffered due to extensive travel.

middle management cares a lot lots of autonomy

pay is not close to what is needed to survive in the market i work in no ability for growth pay for the same job with in the company is all over the place upper management is out of touch with the work force need a 2nd job to stay above water 401k match is horrid
