Honestly, I've been a creative for over 18yrs professionally and have worked with several agencies. Some are good, most are just OK, but Sandy is like no other. FINALLY! An agency who lets the creative have control over rates, who spends real time connecting big name brands to the best creatives, who really cares about your work/life balance and your professional growth. Who takes the time to get REAL feedback and not just capture it, but LISTEN and take real steps toward giving you more of what you need. Clients that work with Sandy for freelance and flex-team creative are big names with great teams of other, like-minded creatives and Sandy wastes no time bringing the best together for connections that last.

This place is basically a bad recruiting agency that pretends to be legit. I worked as a designer on one of their projects and they decided not to pay me at the end because they said the work wasn’t good enough but still took all the working files. Leaving this review for any other creatives or designers that might be considering.
