HR Policies are worst, that is affecting most of the employess working.
Anyone looking for job, pleas take a note
1. 90 days notice period
2. Performance bonus mentioned in the offer or increment will not be provided fully. There will be deductions.
3. After sending the increment letter, they will rate you again as poor performer and increment percent would be reduced.
Company is running on their own rules and regulations and was not bothered about employees.
Top official of the company only takes care and promotes certain people whom he likes, especially whoever was recruited by him. Growth is always a concern at workez and hence there is no salary increment.
