Pros

I can work from home

Cons

Im highly upset at this point. I started the Home Depot Max program on September 21,2020 and I havent been paid a dime as of today is October 30, 2020 . Then to make matters worst she told me today (10/30/2020) was pay day and I received nothing! This IBO owner is horrible if I should say the least. She dosent answer text, emails or phone calls. On top of that she's ripping me off!! After training I was suppose make 12.50 if I service under 30 hours.....also if I work over 30 hours Id get the $15 an hour. I was totally ok with this plan. But then Melissa informed me that I would be getting paid $11.50 an hour for 90 DAYS after training which is for the rest of the year during holiday season I was really upset.. This is unheard of and was told she ripping me off. Ill be posting my reviews at all websites so that people can be aware to stay as far away as possible from this lady and Arise. I asked a few others thats in the same program and guess what .... they never heard of $11.50 being the hourly rate after training. 3 1/2 weeks with out pay and then working for 90 days at $11.50 an hour to even get the $15 an hour. Also Arise dose not intervene with complaints about a IBO ripping people off. They dont CARE!!! Arise takes $20 service fee and then you got the IBO taking whatever amount of money they want as well... afterwards there's nothing left for your work. Working for pennies is what I call it. Im in the process of getting a lawyer after her about my pay and to get her to release me asap!!

Pros

I began working under Melissa in 2012 and up until I became an IBO a few years ago, her business made it easy for me to work at my pace and convenience. I appreciate the support and assistance she and her assistant offered so much that I referred my daughter to work with her business, as well. Running a virtual. call center is not always easy, but Melissa has done an excellent job of it.

Cons

The cons I experienced weren't related to Melissa or her team, but the "QA" people in the chats while we worked were sometimes rude and off putting. Some of them seemed to take pleasure in causing offsets in agents "metrics" and seeing the agent lose their positions. Again, nothing to do with WAHS, so much as Arise and their staff.

All contractors are compensated for their service time with clients. However, it’s important to clarify that the certification period is not included in this paid time. To my knowledge, all contractors have received their payments. If there are any individuals who believe they have not been compensated, we encourage them to file a report with the Better Business Bureau for transparent resolution. I also want to highlight that anonymous comments can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, as I am unable to respond directly to the individuals making such comments.
